Over 2,000 claims were processed monthly, saving the customer care team the equivalent of 600 working hours. \u201cThanks to myBo, Belfius Insurance noted an 87.5% increase in conversions, when comparing the filed claims using myBo to the traditional insurance claim forms.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh, and insurance claims isn\u2019t the only area Belfius uses the power of Sinch Chatlayer.ai.
