You should be able to sneak up on him to deliver the first death blow if you go back towards snake eyes hugging the wall. You still have to face him in combat now that you have one death blow out of the way. Eyes is a very tough opponent. He’s got a lot of health, but it’s not enough to kill you in one hit.
The best way to deal with him is to keep him at a distance so that he can’t hit you with his melee attacks. If you can get close to him, you’ll have a better chance of taking him out with a melee attack. Once you’re close enough, use your ranged attacks to finish him off.
It’s important to note that if you don’t kill him before he gets to you, he’ll continue to attack you until he’s dead. This can be a real pain in the ass, so make sure you keep an eye on your health bar. When he dies, the trophy will pop.
