Oh man, the Snake River Farms Brisket was probably the best brisket I’ve ever tasted. It was very tender and juicy. After letting it rest for 3 hours, you can see how juicy it was in the photos. The meat was cooked very well thanks to the melted fat cap. I would definitely order this again. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally decided to give it a try.

We were seated right away and we were immediately greeted by the owner. He was very friendly and gave us a tour of the restaurant. Our food came out very quickly and everything was delicious! We ordered the Chicken and Waffles with a side of coleslaw. They also had a sweet and sour sauce on the side which was a nice touch.
