Two enemies will be on the stairs to the left when you exit the room. If you ignore them, turn right and sprint down the steps, then open the Snake Door at the end of the hall. Open the door to your left and enter the next room. Once you’re done with the enemies, you’ll be back in the main hallway.
Turn left, then right again. You’ll come to a dead end, so turn left again and go through the doorway. Take him out with your pistol. The next door on your right will lead you to an elevator, which will take you down to another level. Go through it and take the elevator down.
When you reach the bottom floor, go left to find another elevator. Use it to get down into a large room full of enemies. Kill them all and then turn around to face the final enemy.

Where’s the key for the Dissection Room?
Key is located in the Incinerator Room in the Processing Area. It can only be opened by first opening the one with the bloody handprint and the one with the molded.
Where is the crow key?
Key is found outside the Old House in the Outhouse by the Pump Station – which requires the Crank to raise the water level. This key is used to open the door to the Crow’s Nest. It can also be used as a key to unlock the doors to other areas of the house.
Where are the 3 dog heads in re7?
It’s located in the Morgue at the end of the Processing Area, sometimes referred to as the basement, and you must solve the following two puzzles to reach this area: Projector room / bird shape puzzle. The section room key is used in the Incinerator room.
