Eyes talks throughout the entire film, and no indication or hints are ever made that he becomes silent as the plot progresses. A desire to have a strong leading actor with whom to play the role of Snake, rather than a need to keep the character silent, is the most likely reason for Snake Eyes’ lack of silence.
In the novelization of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, it is revealed that Solidus Snake was originally going to be a mute, but was later changed to mute due to the demands of the story. However, this is contradicted by the game itself, in which Solid Snake is shown to speak, albeit in a monotone, during the events of MGS2.

Did Snake Eyes take a vow of silence?
The death of Blind Master had a profound effect on Snake Eyes, who considered the Blind Master the closest thing he had to a father. He took a vow of silence, never again speaking to the blind master. Eyes was not the only one to suffer from the loss of a loved one, however.
The other members of his family were also affected by the tragedy, including his mother, his sister, and his brother-in-law. All of them had lost someone close to them in the blink of an eye, leaving them with a void in their lives that they would never be able to fill.
As a result, they had become bitter and bitter-tempered, unable to accept the fact that their loved ones had passed on without a trace of their presence. This bitterness would eventually lead to their own deaths, as well as the deaths of many of the others who had been close friends with them over the years.
It was this bitterness that would ultimately lead them to seek revenge on the people responsible for their deaths.

Are Snake Eyes boring?
The story was boring and not special. Eyes was not a good character. The ending for his character felt unjust, and I don’t care about his journey at all. Golding’s acting was not bad, but the direction for his character made him look like a cardboard cutout. Eyes is not a bad character by any means.

Who does Snake Eyes Love?
After g.i. joe’s return, snake eyes and scarlett would be together again. While initially angry with him, scarlett eventually forgave his actions and they became good friends. By the end of the series, both Scarlett and Snake had grown to love each other, and they even had a child together.
